You have 7-8+ years of post law school corporate or transactional experience, with a track record of independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters). Law Degree and licensed to practice. You are licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada). Tech-savvy and adaptable.
