You communicate legal advice crisply and concisely, building strong relationships with sophisticated financial services clients. Experienced in transactional law. You have 7-8+ years of post law school corporate or transactional experience, with a track record of independently negotiating pre-M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters). Familiar with financial services. You have experience working with asset managers, investment banks, or other financial services firms and understand their expectations. Law Degree and licensed to practice. You are licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada). Tech-savvy and adaptable.
