You Will: Assist with executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions Lead on ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation, including NDAs and engagement letters (working with, and managing, external counsel where appropriate) Support the preparation of internal papers summarising proposed transactions (and risks associated with the same) for review and approval by the board of Entain plc Support the business on other corporate initiatives as required (including group reorganisations, restructurings and intragroup financing arrangements) Help with the development of policies and processes to support the Corporate Legal function Qualifications You Have: Proven experience in corporate law (3+ years PQE), with a focus on mergers and acquisitions Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting complex legal agreements Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Experience working in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements Additional Information Benefits At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
