Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases.
